BASF Geismar—River-water MCC Building

This $250,000 project consisted of the construction of a 72’ x 72’x 17’ eave height,  new MCC Building with a spread footing foundation. The interesting part of this project is the building is located immediately adjacent to the Mississippi River and had to be built so it would “float” in the high water table.
