Dow Chemical—MCC Building #4517

This $300,000 project consisted of the construction of a 40’ x 84’x 20’ eave height, new MCC Building with an interior UPS battery room . The building consisted of a galvanized structural steel frame and metal decking. Roofing material was an EPDM roof system with stainless steel flashing, gutters and downspouts. A total of 50 tons of  air conditioning was installed. MOORE self-performed all work except roofing and HVAC.
